Today, Tuesday January 20, 2009, Barack Obama was sworn in as the 44th president of the United States and the first African American to do so. I was at school at noon, but I still got to watch it and I nearly cried. It was amazing!

I have to let it out!  I love ONE TREE HILL!!!  I started watching it on TV a couple of weeks ago, and I love it.  Although, it is in the sixth season, so I am catching up online.  It is amazing!  I am totally rooting for Naley, even though I already know they are together and have a kid.  How wierd am I?  Almost every chance I get, I come doewn here and watch it.  It is now my life.  Everything else is okay, I just want to see everything Haley and Nathan go through.

I went into town yesterday.  I went with ensue</lj> .  We went to a couple record stores and vintage shops.  I got Abbey Road and Steve Miller Band in the record stores and I was tempted to get this adorable purse in a vintage shop, but it was $45.  I also went to a pop culture store and got two posters.  One of John Wayne for my pap, because we're related to him, and one of The Yellow Submarine for my room.

I had fun and I hope I can go again some time.

P.S.  Does anyone know what is going on with surfthechannel.com?  The statement at the top of the page to me sounds like they are going offline.  I don't want them to because that is where I watch all my shows, so if anyone has any idea, let me know.

P.S.S.  I have to splurge about One Tree Hill some more.  I think I am going to save up all my money so I can buy all five seasons.  Good investment?  Because that is all I wanted to buy when I got to Walmart.  For some reason, my interest in buying movies had left me and all I wanted was all the seasons of One Tree Hill.  I am going insane?
